Pitta Samya is a good thirst-quenching and digestive drink, especially after meals. It calms the excess of heat thus refreshing the whole body. It favours the action of the digestive organs (stomach, liver, pancreas) and enzymes.
Pitta Samya brings fulfilment and calm to the fiery and restless mind. It should be drunk hot or warm within one hour of preparation because it can alter in colour and flavour, due to the presence of delicate flowers and leaves.
How to use:
Take 1/2 tablespoon of mixture per cup. Boil water, pour it on the blend of plants placed in a teapot, let it infuse covered for 10 min.; filter and drink warm. If desired, sweeten with brown sugar.
