Mala Sodhana helps to alleviate the symptomatic manifestations of excess ‘heat’, which causes a disturbance in the digestion of food. The mixture of herbs has a refreshing, unblocking and absorbing effect on the excess of gastric acidity.

How to use: take 1 teaspoon (ca. 5g) twice a day, preferably in warm water, herbal tea or milk, during or after a meal.
