Among the everyday habits to conduct a healthy life, Ayurveda suggests to take mixtures that have a facilitating effect on the elimination of faeces and intestinal impurities. Reason being that constipation represents a cause of other physical changes, as well as being a disease in itself.

Virechan Virya is an additive that helps in case of difficulty in daily bowel evacuation and colic. The product stimulates and normalizes bowel movement, re-educates the peristaltic function, softens the stool, facilitating the elimination of mucus from the colon.
Virecha Virya does not cause abdominal cramps and is effective in case of vomiting, is recommended during pregnancy, breastfeeding and especially for children and the elderly.

How to use: 10 ml, 2 times a day with warm water before meals.

70% bitter herbs. Buckthorn (Rhamnus frangula L.) cortex 0,70g; Indian Laburnum (Cassia fistula L.), fruits 0,70g; Flowering Ash (Fraxinus ornus L.), manna 0,70g; Cabbage Rose (Rosa centifolia L.), flowers 0,70g; Common plantain (Plantago lanceolata L.), leaves 0,70g; Tarragon (Artemisia dracunculus L) leaves 0,70g; Barberry (Berberis vulgaris L.), root cortex 0,70g; Common Ash (Fraxinus excelsior L.), leaves 0,70g; Chicory (Cichorium intybus L.), top, root 0,70g; Greater Burdock (Arctium lappa L.), root 0,70g; Field Bindweed (Convolvulus arvensis L.), grass 0,70g; Juniper (Juniperus communis L.), fruits 0,70g; Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.), fruits 0,70g; Aniseed (Pimpinella anisum L)., fruits 0,70g; Caraway (Carum carvi L), fruits 0,70g; Coriander (Coriandrum sativum L)., fruits 0.70 g; Cardamom (Elettaria Cardamomum White et Mason), seeds 0,70g; Turmeric (Curcuma longa L.), rhizome 0,70g; Ginger (Zingiber officinalis Rosc.), Rhizome 0,70g; Dill (Anethum graveolens L.), seeds 0,70g; water, aromas. Colourings: plain caramel.
